I ws wondering if the 3.0 inline 6 cylynder should have a problem with a blown head gasket at 140,000 miles if so would you need to take the valves out to have the head machined

You won't know if you need the head machined until you take the head off. You can get a straight edge to determine if the heads warped due to the broken head gasket. If they aren't warped you can just replace the head gasket. However, I would recommend taking the head off yourself and taking it in to a machine shop to be sure. They can tell you if it warped. If you're planning on keeping the car, it's probably a good idea to have a head job done on it, especially on a Supra.
