My car was in the shop for 2 months for repairs.I payed 2,500 for car rental. Can I fight ins.co reimburseme?
I hit object in the road. This was a car repair shop referred to by insurance company. and car rental also worked with insurance company and repair shop. 2 month seems unreasonably long time for repair. Is there an insurance consumer rights to file complaint?

jason:  your insurance company probly only pays for so long. check your policy. you may be able to fight the repair shop for it
