'00 Honda Civic repair?
I recently got my oil changed and the man there recommended getting my furl injection cleaned for 60 bucks and my transmission oil replaced/drained for 100 bucks....Are these good prices for the job or should I shop around. My car has 80,000 miles so I know it could use the work.

Bistro: all they are probably going to do is run injection cleaner through it. as for the tranny oil, let me put it like this, I paid a friend of mine 15 bucks to do it. they are trying to squeeze you. dont do it.

bowhunter6778: it all depends on how the work is to be performed. are they going to flush the transmission fluid with a flush machine or just dropp the pan and achange the filter. plus you didnt state if it was an automatic or a manual trans. same goes for the fuel injection cleaner.
