Seatbelt buzzer won't go off...any fixes? location of the buzzer??

bowhunter6778: under the dash against firewall and the wire switch is inside the buckle of the drivers seat belt the two wires at it cross them together and the buzzer should go off.

Lab: It's definitely a wiring problem. Listen for the buzzer and disconnect it.
