sean l:  you might have something in your air intake, open the cover for the air filter, take the filter out and see if anything is in there.

ssmith4007:  Check your oil. Actually, I should say have your oil checked. If your oil is old, replace it. If the problem persists, take it right back to the dealership (or wherever you bought it) and tell them it's making a clicking noise under the hood.
