oklatom:  That is really confusing, you hear a ticking sound on a left turn that doesn't happen when you turn left. Whatever, a ticking noise on any turn or straight ahead driving that changes with speed can usually be traced to a bad CV joint. Talk to Mr. Goodshaft, your mechanic.

mc:  sounds like a cv shaft. only one shaft could be bad. you can replace the right or left
