Recharged battery on Honda Nighthawk now it makes a Buzzing/Ticking sound near the battery when try to start .?
Left lights on my 92 Honda Nighthawk 750 and drained battery. I recharged battery over night with a batter tender. Now it wont start and makes a buzzing/ticking sound near the battery when I try to start it. Any suggestions...?

desert camel:  either its still flat the battery is shafted or you've got a bad battery or earth connection.

Firecracker .:  Battery is still dead. A Tender is not really a charger - they are not meant to recharge batteries, just maintain a charged one. The noise you hear is the starter relay. There isn't enough juice in the battery to even hold the contacts closed.
