I placed my hand on the fuse panel box under my hood and I can feel and hear the rapid ticks (or at least coming from that area). The van has no pwr what so ever. Thank you for your time.

sliderinwa: Most likely you are hearing the turn signal or flasher can. Did it just start?

Robert M: It is the built-in explosive system to self-destruct the car at the correct mileage. Really, though, your question is vague. If you mean that the car won't start, that is one thing. If it has no power when running, that is another. The tick is usually one of the relays. If the battery is not grounded properly, there will be confusing activity on your fuse/relay box. Power wash the engine and clean your battery terminals at BOTH ends to ensure proper circuit flow. Have your charging system checked (FREE) at AutoZone to be sure there is not a fault in your voltage regulator. Good luck!!
