Should I take my car to another shop for another repair estimate?
My car bottomed out and the front impacted with the ground hard causing stuff in the bottom front to be pushed up. I claimed insurance and took it to the shop and get an estimate. The repair cost for my car came out to be 10.6k, which I think is ridiculously high for what seems to happened with the car. Should I take my car to another shop where they specialized in my type of car and have them give me their estimate?

dodge man: even though it sounds kind of high it might be real close to the actual amount of damage that's been done to it,i would get another opinion on it though,especially if its still drivable,most insurance company's now days will total one out if it has that much damage done to it,you didn't give a year or make but id say its pretty close to being totalled out,if the estimate is that high on it,if not it must be a really new model car,good luck.
