How much does an oil leak cost to repair (rough estimate)?
It is a clear and greasy liquid so I'm assuming its the oil(?) and its dripping from the bottom of the two spinning wheels the belts go around (sorry I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to cars? Could someone give me a rough estimate. Its a 97 Dodge Dakota and I'm a pretty poor mofo ;( Thank you!

Nicholas: If it is just the gasket and you are doing this yourself, it is around $20-30 bucks for the parts. If you take it to a professional, its around $200

thebax2006: That sounds more like a water pump seal leaking antifreeze. Your temperature gauge will not read accurately if the antifreeze is low and there is an air pocket in the cooling system. You better check the antifreeze level in the radiator, not the reservoir, beiore you ruin your motor! Cold motor only.
