My Toyota Camry 99 (96k miles) got a rear hit: trunk is smashed, bumper went down on the backsides, but it runs OK. Insurance is ready to pay $5,000 for repair. How repair coolant flowing into oil pan toyota pickup?
The other day my pickup all of sudden would not idle and then started overheating. I took it to the shop and they said the motor is gone and must be replaced as coolant is leaking into the oil pan; there are metal flakes in the oil pan and timing belt is loose. It is barely two months old and I'm having a lot of repair problems. The windshield had a stress fracture, and Toyota refused to fix it. We're fighting that now. Hello, My 89 Toyota truck 4 cyl EFI, starts good, but while idiling, backing out and some times at a stop the engine stalls. Also when driving I notice that the RPM drops intermittnetly like missing a heart beat. This is not happening all the time. I took it a repair shop. '85 Toyota Truck dies in idle only when at running temp...?
So my '86 Toyota truck (manual, 22r) will die when i'm not in gear so whenever I coast down the road and don't have it in gear/have it in gear but the clutch in, or at stop lights/signs.
